Since we moved into our house over 5 years ago we’ve been telling ourselves we’ll upgrade our bed. For 5 years, we’ve never actually got round to doing it!
But finally the day has come, we took the plunge and ordered ourselves a new bed, the first time ever we’ve had a superking! It feels so luxurious to have so much space, even when our eldest ends up in our bed at 3am.
The other thing that makes it feel so luxurious is our new duvet from Samba. Previously we had a feather duvet which I loved, but it was super heavy, hard to clean and all the feathers ended up on one side every single day. We chose the Hybrid Duvet, I was a little worried that it wouldn’t be warm enough when it arrived as it was so lightweight but it proved me wrong so quickly. Despite being light, it’s incredibly cosy and warm. The cotton cover and Stratos tech means it’s super breathable and cooling too so it keeps you warm in the winter and cool in the summer, ideal! It’s also machine washable which is very handy when you have little ones causing chaos.
It feels like a treat to go to sleep every night now!
